The clubhouse is available for residents to rent. Please email
lenahmill@sfmcinc.com to check availability. Once a reservation is made, we will hold the date
FOURTEEN DAYS, and within that time frame you must submit rental agreement and payment. After the fourteen days, the date will be released and made available for another homeowner to have that date. We require the rental agreement and payment to be submitted
SEVEN DAYS prior to the date of the rental,
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Rental pricing and other information is included below:
Downstairs room: $50 per hour, 3 hour minimum. Capacity of room is 53 people. This room is furnished, similar to a living room setting. There is a small catering kitchen available with rental.
Upstairs rooms (Multi-Purpose Room & Conference Room): $25 per hour, 3 hour minimum. Capacity of the room is 76 people. There is a refrigerator and small counter space. Available for use are (8) 5’ round tables, (2) 6’ rectangle tables and (70) chairs.
The rental of both upstairs and downstairs rooms is $75 per hour, 3 hour minimum.
A $500 security deposit is required with all rentals.
